Refund policy

At Driml, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, our return process is designed to be as simple as possible.

1. Return Window - We accept return requests within 14 days of your order being delivered.

2. Eligibility & Condition - To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items exempt from returns: Gift cards and Final sale/clearance items (marked on product page)
3. How to Start a Return - Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping. Once you are ready to send your item back, please contact us at hello@drimbl.com or call/whatsapp at +91 81214 42888 so we can provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Please include your order number inside the package to ensure a fast refund.

4. Return Shipping & Fees
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees
5. Refunds - Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
6. Exchanges - The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items - If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@drimbl.com with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
