Shipping policy

At Drimbl, our goal is to deliver our "fun products" to you in the quickest time possible and in pristine condition. This policy outlines our procedures for domestic and international shipments.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed starting the next business day.
  • Holidays: We do not ship on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)
We ship to over 19,000 pin codes across India through reliable partners like Blue Dart, DTDC, and Delhivery.
  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days for major metro cities.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above  ₹250
    • Flat Rate: A shipping fee of ₹70 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international locations.
  • Estimated Delivery: 7–20 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Customs & Duties: All international shipments are sent as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any import duties, taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)
  • Our courier partners will typically make two attempts to deliver your order.
  • Please ensure the provided address and contact number are accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply for a second delivery attempt.

6. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or has been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Report the issue to our customer support within 24 hours with photos of the package.
